Our traditional Bangladeshi mango pickle is made from raw green mangoes marinated in mustard oil and a blend of authentic spices. This pickle captures the essence of Bangladeshi culinary tradition.
Available in 200g and 350g jars
1. Fresh raw mangoes are cleaned and cut into pieces.
2. Marinated with turmeric and salt for 24 hours.
3. Mixed with freshly ground spices and mustard oil.
4. Sun-dried for 3-4 days for natural fermentation.
5. Packed in hygienic containers.
Perfect with plain rice, paratha, roti, khichuri, or as a side with any traditional Bangladeshi meal. Also great with sandwiches and burgers.
